About the position,

As a senior accounting assistant, you are an important part of our finance function and contribute to ensuring effective and accurate management of the company's financial flows. You work closely with both colleagues and customers and are responsible for several central parts of the ongoing financial management.

Your tasks will include:

• Supplier invoice management
• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Reconciliations
• Follow-up of accounts receivable
• Contact with customers regarding invoice inquiries via phone and email

Who are you?

As a person, you are meticulous and structured with a strong interest in finance. You thrive in a role where you take responsibility and where you work both independently and collaboratively with others. You are service-oriented and solution-focused and have an easy time communicating professionally with both colleagues and customers.

We are looking for someone with the following or equivalent experience:

• Several years of experience as an accounting assistant
• Experience with accounts payable and receivable
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Good skills in Excel
• Experience with the accounting system Fortnox is a plus
